2 DAILY CLASSEs
Each day includes a 1.5-hour morning and afternoon Yoga/Pilates class.
The morning yoga session is dynamic and energizing – the perfect way to begin the day.
During The afternoon yoga sessions, each day will focus on a different posture category and theme as well as mental healing.
ALL OUR YOGA CLASSES ARE:
• Suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced
• Practised on a beautiful open-air yoga deck, should the weather allow, with a breath-taking 180-degree view of the Atlantic ocean
Yoga mats and props are provided for all retreat guests.
I BEND SO I DON'T BREAK
While balancing between playfulness and challenge you will enjoy days which will be more yang with a stronger flow and days with more yin, with a softer and restorative style that incorporates meditation and breathing exercises.
The Pure Yoga option is an offered when surfing is not possible due to weather conditions. This is an option for a deeper immersion into your practice.
